Prairie Soles is strictly run by volunteers. As parents, it is extremely important to contribute volunteer hours to keep the cost of dance down, to help relieve board members from excess jobs, and to demonstrate team work to our children. As we can understand life is busy, we prefer parents pick their own shifts to work. If unable to work a shift that you have signed up for, it is up to you to find your own replacement. If unwilling or unable to work a shift, there is a penalty fee of $50. Please keep in mind, not working a shift creates more work for our board members, our dancers, and our parents already working shifts.
